Back on regular schedule progress 3. New Business: Posthumous Veteran of the Month Veteran award discussion. The Commission may make a Veterans of the Month award to a deceased Veteran whose service to the country and contribution to the City of Lowell deserves recognition as a “Veteran of the Month” and who served: Option 1. During the Vietnam War Era or Afterward Option 2. During the Koran War Era or Afterward Option 3. During the World War II Era or Afterward. 4. New Business: Next Meeting and Speakers; The August meeting is scheduled August 18th. Returning to the Council Chambers and television coverage. We will be addressed by a delegation from the Lowell Housing Authority including the Chair and Executive Director to discuss available Veteran Housing and Eligibility and planned future Veteran Housing. 5.
