Application, plans, and submitted documentation are available for review at the Division of Development Services during normal City Hall Hours in Rm. 51. I. New Business ZB-2017-35 Petition Type: Special Permit and Variances Applicant: Habitat for Humanity Re Property Located at: 285 Nesmith Street 01852 Applicable Zoning Bylaws: Petition: Seeking an amendment to a previously granted Special Permit & Variance(s) at 285 Nesmith Street. The proposal consisted of constructing a new two-family dwelling without meeting the frontage requirement in the Traditional Multi-Family (TMF) Zoning District. The proposed changes to the project require an amendment to the Special Permit approval under Sec. 4.5.3 and Variance approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals under Sec. 5.1 and 6.1.10 of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance. Rodriquez Re Property Located at: 9 & 15 Pearl Street 01852 Applicable Zoning Bylaws: Petition: Applicant is seeking an extension for a previously granted Special Permit for the conversion of an existing auto repair establishment into six (6) residential dwelling units located in the Downtown Mixed Use (DMU) zoning district.
