The parcel is owned by Lowville Producers Dairy Co-Op, Inc., located at 7394 Utica Blvd., Lowville, New York, tax parcel number 212.163-01-27.100. In accordance with GM 239-m and L, this project has been referred to the County Planning Department with the comments and recommendations to be supplied at the meeting. 5. New Business: None 6.
