It is anticipated the Town Board will address the Certificate of Compliance concerns in the Village at the next Town Board meeting on September 19, 2024. b. Kathy has requested that the Town Board appoint Lisa Hetzner as the Vice Chair for this board due to her continued need in this role. 4. Unfinished business: None 5. New Business: a. Application SP2024-2, submitted by BCA Group on behalf of Hand In Hand Early Childhood Center, Inc. requesting approval to construct an 1,546 square foot addition to an existing Child day-care center in in compliance with Town of Lowville, Chapter 250, Articles X, Site Plan Review and XII, Special Use Permit in an R-30C Zone. The parcel is owned by Hand In Hand Early Childhood Center, Inc., located at 5780 Brookside Circle, Town of Lowville, New York, tax parcel number 213.00-01-02.220. 6.
