Town of Loxahatchee Groves Public Notice DEVELOPMENT REVIEW MEETING Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. 155 F Road Loxahatchee Groves, FL 33470 The Town Clerk’s Office for the Town of Loxahatchee Groves hereby notifies you of the Development Review Meeting on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is for the Development Review members to discuss the following: • 10 AM – Brightview - Site Plan Amendment • 11 AM - Paddock RV – Various Development Applications (Comprehensive Plan and Code Amendments (Text and Map), Site Plan Application) NOTICE IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE TOWN COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING, HE/SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE/SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED. (F.S. 286.0105) The Town shall furnish appropriate auxiliary aids and services where necessary to afford an individual with a disability an equal opportunity to participate in and enjoy the benefits of a service, program, or activity conducted by the Town.
