TOWN OF LOXAHTCHEE GROVES PUBLIC NOTICE FY 24 Budget Workshop Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. 155 F Road Loxahatchee Groves, FL 33470 The Town Clerk’s Office for the Town of Loxahatchee Groves hereby notifies you that the Town Council will meet on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting is for the Town Council to meet with Town Staff to review, and discuss, the FY 24 Budget that will be presented at the 1st Budget Hearing and Regular Town Council meeting on September 5, 2023. NOTICE IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING, HE/SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE/SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED. (F.S. 286.0105) The Town shall furnish appropriate auxiliary aids and services where necessary to afford an individual with a disability an equal opportunity to participate in and enjoy the benefits of a service, program, or activity conducted by the Town.
