Case No. #: 21120002 Owner: Reynaldo Almazan 12980 Raymond Dr Loxahatchee Groves, Florida 33470 Violation(s): 1. ULDC Sec. 22-112(1-2) - LOCAL BUSINESS TAX. Tax imposed. Pursuant to F.S. ch. 205, a local business tax is hereby levied for the privilege of engaging in or managing any business, profession, or occupation within the boundaries of the town, subject to the provisions of this article. A local business tax is hereby imposed by the town upon: (1) Any person maintaining a permanent business location or branch office within the town for the privilege of engaging in or managing any business, profession, or occupation within the town's jurisdiction. (2) Any person not maintaining a permanent business location or branch office within the town who transacts any business or engages in any occupation or profession in interstate commerce where such tax is not prohibited by section 8, article 1 of the United States Constitution. 2. ULDC Section 45-010(A) - PROPERTY MAINTENANCE. (A) It shall be the responsibility of all property owners in the Town to maintain their property free of uncontained litter, garbage, non-vegetative debris, and trash. 3. ULDC Section 45-010(B) - PROPERTY MAINTENANCE. (B) A maximum of three inoperable and unregistered vehicles and/or derelict aircraft, and other junk items may be kept on residential property only in a manner so that the junk is not visible from other public or private property and does not create a health, safety, or environmental hazard. Such storage shall only be permitted as an accessory use and all inoperable and unregistered vehicles shall have all of their fluids drained and properly disposed. Any additional number of inoperable and unregistered vehicles or derelict aircraft above three shall be stored in a completely enclosed structure.
