Town of Loxahatchee Groves Public Notice Town Council Workshop/Special Meeting Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. 155 F Road Loxahatchee Groves, FL 33470 The Town Clerk’s Office for the Town of Loxahatchee Groves hereby notifies you of the Town Council Workshop/Special Meeting on Thursday, June 18, 2019 at Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is for the Town Council is to discuss business relating to the: • Discussion and Direction with regard to Solid Waste & Recycling Collection Services • Easement/Drainage System plus projects in the Town • Proposed ILA with Palm Beach County for TPA Grant NOTICE IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE TOWN COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING, HE/SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE/SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED. (F.S. 286.0105) The Town shall furnish appropriate auxiliary aids and services where necessary to afford an individual with a disability an equal opportunity to participate in and enjoy the benefits of a service, program, or activity conducted by the Town.
