Citizen Comments – Any citizen wishing to appear in-person before a regular meeting of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee, regarding any matter posted on the Capital Improvements Advisory Agenda below, shall complete the sign-up form provided at the meeting, no later than 1:30 p.m. on July 24, 2026. Citizen Comments provide an opportunity for citizens to make comments and express a position on agenda items. 3. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding minutes from the May 12, 2025, meeting. 4. New committee member orientation 5. Discuss impact fee balances and expenses to date 6. Discuss, review and take appropriate action regarding Semi-Annual Report 7. Discuss date and topics for next meeting. 8. Adjourn meeting.
