Call the Water Utilities at 806-775-2592 3) Minutes Consider and take action on minutes from the previous Lake Alan Henry Board of Appeals Meeting on April 28, 2026. 4) Action Items 4.1) Consider and take appropriate action regarding permit application submitted by Kenny Thunberg for installation and variance of a platform extending beyond the 16-foot limitation from the shoreline Page 1 of 2  in the restrictive easement on the property located at Oakridge Canyon Estates, Lot 41. 5) Work Session 5.1) Hear and discuss updates from Mark Record, Lake Alan Henry Dam Tender, of the progress of the variance approval submitted by Rex Proctor for installation of a platform extending beyond the 16-foot limitation from the shoreline and pathway in the restrictive easement on the property located at Northridge, Lot 27. 5.2) Hear and discuss updates from Mark Record, Lake Alan Henry Dam Tender, of the progress of the variance approval submitted by Dane Mullins on April 28, 2026, for the installation of a platform extending beyond the 16-foot limitation from the shoreline and pathway in the restrictive easement on the property located at Northridge, Lot 32. 5.3) Hear and discuss updates from Mark Record, Lake Alan Henry Dam Tender, of the progress of the approval submitted by Mark Watson on April 28, 2026, for installation of a pathway in the restrictive easement on the property located at Oakridge Canyon Estates, Lot 82. 5.4) Hear and discuss updates from Mark Record, Lake Alan Henry Dam Tender, of the progress of the variance approval submitted by Mike Byrne on April 28, 2026, for installation of stairways in the restrictive easement on the property located at Rio Brazos Estates, Lot 14. 5.5) Discussion about boat house upgrade repairs to anchors and assessment of proper location at Lake Alan Henry. 5.6) Hear and discuss updates from Mary Beth Cervantez regarding Lake Alan Henry postcards from the Water Utilities Division which includes the QR code detailing the lake’s history, ordinances, permit submissions, and the updated website. 5.7) Hear a presentation and see a display of the recently purchased drone for Lake Alan Henry shore inspections. 5) Adjourn The above referenced NOTICE OF MEETING was posted on the bulletin board outside the east entrance of City Hall, 1314 Ave K, Lubbock, Texas, on the ______ day of August 2026 at ______ AM/PM.
