Call to Order- Mike Broten, Bruce Anderson, Ron Steen, Jeff Anderson and Mike McMahon- all here b. Motion by Broten/Anderson to approve the agenda, all in favor- B. Andeson abstains- aye, carried. c. Motion by B. Anderson/J. Anderson to approve Minutes from 9/10/2024, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Appearance by Visitors- Lori Stevens from Butternut Bar and Grill- $73,000 year to date, $15,000.00 to Golf Course, $5,000.00 additional. Annual Meeting-Cooks to return next year with breakfast ideas- open to Oct 1st- newsletter every 2 weeks e. Commissioners Open Discussion- B. Anderson- Job description, sinking fund idea Steen-1, 5, 10 year plan- #11 tee box needs to get done J. Anderson- timber sale- campground- 2 year plan McMahon- 5 year plan- maintenance schedule Broten- keep Kevin in the loop f. Motion by J. Anderson/Steen to approve doing nothing on hole #9 green, all in favor- aye, carried (rescind the motion from 9/10/2024 meeting item G). g. Discussion only on hole #14 bid- $25207.00 + $4,000.00 room fee- no action- already approved on 9/10/2024. h. Discussion only hole #6 bid- #31,502.00 + $1,000.00 main line- no action- already approved on 9/10/2024. i. Motion by B. Anderson/J. Anderson to approve the Hartman Hole #6 Bill for $36,502.50, all in favor-aye, carried. j. Motion by B. Anderson/McMahon to table the discussion on building the cart barn, all in favor- aye, carried. k. Motion by Broten/J. Anderson to table the discussion on the Campground until we know of the amount it will cost to replace water and electrical, all in favor- aye, carried. l. Motion by Steen/J. Anderson to table the Job Description for Golf Course Superintendent until further notice from the Union, all in favor- aye, carried. m. Motion to table to appointment of a new Commission Member to replace Jeff Anderson until next year, all in favor- aye, carried. n. Financial Update- Checking $252,056.00 (-$36,502.00 Hartman bill) Donations $14,223.58 3 Year Memberships $316,110.29 o. Motion by B. Anderson/J. Anderson to approve the 2025 Budget after a few adjustments, all in favor- aye, carried. p. Clubhouse Manager Report- great September- big cup went well- simulator set up in November- league in January q. Golf Course Maintenance Update- greens aerification starts- blow out irrigation next week- trees out later r. Motion by Broten/J. Anderson to approve the vouchers for September 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. s. Set Next Meeting Date- Wednesday, November 6th @ 5pm Did not enter closed session- need job description first t.
