Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. Request to waiver sewer portion of water bill for Sharon Bradley, 4362 S 3rd Street due to water leak  Proposed Motion: A motion to approve/deny the sewer portion only of the water bill for Sharon Bradly, 4362 S 3rd Street, Luna Pier, MI 48157 and using a three (3) month average to figure the overage. B. Request to waiver sewer portion of water bill for American Legion Post,11045 Harold Drive due to water leak  Proposed Motion: A motion to approve/deny the sewer portion only of the water bill for American Legion Post, 11045 Harold Drive Luna Pier, MI 48157 and using a three (3) month average to figure the overage. C. Resolution # 936 - Request to approve the MERS – 457 Supplement Retirement for all current employees.  Proposed Motion: A motion to approve/deny Resolution #936 the MERS 457 Supplement Retirement Plan for all current employees. No contributions will be made by the City of Luna Pier, waiving the reading. D. Mason School Property Purchase Agreement  Proposed Motion: A motion to approve/deny the Purchase Agreement between Mason Consolidated Schools and the City of Luna Pier for the transfer of two (2) parcels of real property located within the City of Luna Pier, Monroe, MI.
