Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. David Arthur Consultants-David Kubiske bid results for WWTP upgrade project.  A proposed motion to accept the bid of ___________ from ________________for the WWTP Upgrade Project in the amount of _______________ as presented waiving the reading. B. Jeanie Stewart appointment from Alternate to regular member of the Board of Review.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the appointment of Jeanie Stewart to the Planning Commission going from alternate to regular member for a three year term expiring 1/15/2023 C. Mark Fredricks & Rick Liechty reappointment to the Planning Commission.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the reappointment of Mark Fredricks & Rick Liechty to the Planning Commission for a three year term expiring 1/15/2023 D. Resolution No. 939-Dedicating Property For Public Street And Utility Purposes-Madison Street.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Resolution No. 939 Dedicating property for Public Street and Utility Purposes as presented waiving the reading.
