Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. #4 USDA Grant Withdraw  A proposed motion to approve/deny the 4th withdraw for the USDA Grant Project in the amount of ($5,814.00) Five thousand, eight hundred and fourteen dollars, as presented, waiving the reading B. Tiffany Crampton-4345 8th St.-request to waive sewer portion of water bill because of a faucet being left on.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the request from Tiffany Crampton 4345 8th St sewer portion of the water bill because of a faucet being left on, in the amount of $______________as presented, waiving the reading. C. Approval of Change Order #1 - Contract Completion Extension for WWTP project.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the change order #1- Contract Completion Extension for the WWTP project as presented, waiving the reading. D. Cheryl Krakow resignation from the Parks and Recreation Committee  A proposed motion to approve/deny to accept with regret the Resignation of Cheryl Krakow from the Parks and Recreation Committee effective immediately as presented, waiving the reading.  E. Budget Amendment-Police for car and equipment  A proposed motion to approve/deny the budget amendment in the amount of($5,650.00) five thousand, six hundred and fifty dollars for the Police Dept. to purchase a car and equipment.
