Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit commens to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. Ordinance #204-A Luna Pier Parks, Beaches and Recreation Ordinance with amendment-first reading  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Ordinance # 204-A Luna Pier Parks, Beaches and Recreation Ordinance with amendment first reading as presented. B. Ordinance #204-A Luna Pier Parks, Beaches and Recreation Ordinance with amendment-second reading  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Ordinance # 204-A Luna Pier Parks, Beaches and Recreation Ordinance with amendment second reading as presented. C. USDA Grant-Change Order #5.  A proposed motion to approve/deny the USDA Grant Change Order #4 extending completion date to August 31, 2010 with Process Piping & Equipment due to COVID-19 as presented D. SEMCOG Membership renewal for 2020/21  A proposed motion to approve/deny the SEMCOG renewal for 2020/21 in the amount of ($529.00) five hundred and twenty nine dollars as presented waiving the reading E. American Heating and Cooling quote on furnace and air conditioning unit for City Hall  A proposed motion to approve/deny the quote from American Heating & Cooling for furnace and air conditioning unit for city hall in the amount of ($13,900) thirteen thousand, nine hundred dollars as presented, waiving the reading. Pier Inn Street light upgrade  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Pier Inn Streetlight upgrade with Luna Pier’s portion in the amount of ($500.00) five hundred dollars and Pier Inn paying ($1216.00) twelve hundred as presented, waiving the reading 12.
