Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. USDA Draw #9  A proposed motion to approve/deny the USDA Draw #9 in the amount of ($4632.09) Four thousand six hundred thirty two dollars and nine cents as presented waiving the reading. B. Appointment of Stacey Grimes to the Parks Commission  A proposed motion to approve/deny the appointment of Stacey Grimes to the Park Commission term expiring 1-15-2025, as presented, waiving the reading C. TEMACOG Membership Renewal Invoice  A proposed motion to approve/deny the TEMACOG Membership Renewal Invoice in the amount of ($261.00) two hundred sixty one dollars as presented, waiving the reading D. Federal Poverty Guidelines for Poverty Exemptions for 2021  A proposed motion to approve/deny the Federal Guidelines for poverty exemptions for 2021 as presented, waiving the reading E.
