Community Input: Meeting Open to the Public: (Limit comments to 5 minutes per person) The City of Luna Pier operates under rules of parliamentary procedure, which states, “Citizens have the right to attend the meetings and be permitted to address the body on matters that are relevant to business. Citizens must observe all of the rules that are set. Members of the public attending the meetings of the governmental body DO NOT have the right to interrupt or heckle. During public comment time, they have the right to ask to be heard by requesting permission of the body through the Mayor. All questions, comments and remarks must ALWAYS be addressed through the Mayor.” Public Comment time is just that—an opportunity for the public to comment. It is NOT a time for a debate, exchange of ideas, or opportunity to harass board members, all of which will not be permitted at the City of Luna Pier Council meetings. 11. Council Action Needed: A. Letter of Interest from Joe Bozynski for the DDA  A proposed motion to approve/deny the appointment of Joe Bozynski to the DDA for an four (4) year term expiring 1-15- 2025 as presented, waiving the reading B. Letter if Interest from Shawn Reid for the DDA  A proposed motion to approve/deny the appointment of Shawn Reid for the DDA for a four (4) year term expiring 1-15-25 as presented, waiving the reading. C. Request from Luis Sanchez 4333 11th St to waive sewer portion of bills  A proposed motion to approve/deny the request to waive the sewer portion of several bills in the amount of ____________ due to a water leak and a running toilet as presented, waiving the reading.
