Action Items: TOWN OF RED RIVER NOTICE TO RESIDENTS Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Plan Commission Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 7:00 PM for the following: Request by Darren Paul DeBaker for a Conditional Use Permit (“CUP”) to construct a new single-family home on Parcel 31 018 5.101.1 located West of N9444 S.T.H “57”, more fully described as follows. The CUP is required to allow for the construction of a single-family home pursuant to Section 10.0305 D. 6. in an A-1 District. That part of the N ½ of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 5, T25N, R23E lying East of S.T.H. “57” excluding Highway R/O/W as described in Volume 454 in Records on Page 987 in the Town of Red River, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have decision-making responsibilities.
