Wery and Kim Wery are requesting that a part of Parcel 31 018 19.132 described as follows located at N8243 C.T.H. “H” be rezoned from A-1 Prime Agriculture to LE Large Estates Residential. Part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 19, T 25 N, R 23 E, Town of Red River, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing at the East ¼ corner of said section; thence S 00 055’36” E along the East line of said Southeast ¼ section 474.71 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 00055’36” E along said East line 475.00 feet; thence N 89029’05” W 458.67 feet; thence N 00055’36’ W 475.00 feet; thence S 89029’05” E 458.67feet to the point of beginning.
