The CUP is required to allow the construction of private mini-storage club rental units as Mini-Warehouses under Section 10.0310.D-24 in a B-1 District Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have decision-making responsibilities.
