2. CONSENT
Benson Park Land Lease - CM General LLC
After years of partnership, Edaleen Dairy decided not to renew their land lease. After pursuing
possibilities throughout the community, the Parks Department found an interested party in CM
General LLC(Cody Maassen). He was also able to mitigate the fire risk with dry foliage on site
earlier this spring/early summer, for which we are very thankful as a City. The lease agreement
has been reviewed and approved by the Parks Director, Admin, and the Parks Committee.
Councilor Vis moved and Councilor Beld seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda.
Motion approved on 5-0 vote.
