ANNOUNCEMENTS - None Consent Agenda Instructions – All items under Consent Agenda are adopted by a single motion, unless a member of the Council requests that such item be removed from the Consent Agenda and voted on separately. The chair may limit time for testimony on any item and may set time limits (usually 3 minutes) for individual speakers. The Governing Body encourages written testimony in addition to or instead of oral testimony in the event there is not enough time to hear everyone who wishes to speak. City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.
