THE CITY OF MADEIRA BEACH, FLORIDA PUBLIC NOTICE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OUT OF SUNSHINE MEETING regarding City of Madeira Beach, Florida vs. BP Exploration & Production, Inc., et al., pursuant to Florida Statute § 286.011(8) The Board of Commissioners of the City of Madeira Beach, Florida will meet at City Hall, located at 300 Municipal Drive, Madeira Beach, Florida to discuss the agenda items of City Business listed at the time indicated below. 3:00 PM JULY 8, 2015 SHADE CONFERENCE ROOM A. CALL TO ORDER B. ROLL CALL C. ANNOUNCE THAT: a. Upon adjournment of this open meeting, the Commission shall commence an out of the sunshine meeting to discuss City of Madeira Beach, Florida vs. BP Exploration & Production, Inc., et al., pursuant to Florida Statute § 286.011 (8). b. It is estimated that the meeting will take approximately 30 minutes; and c. The names of the persons attending that meeting will be: Mayor Travis Palladeno, Vice- Mayor Elaine Poe, Commissioner Terry Lister, Commissioner Nancy Hodges, Commissioner Patricia Shontz, City Manager Shane B. Crawford, Attorney Kevin Dean, Esquire, and City Attorney Thomas Trask, Esquire. D. ADJOURN OPEN MEETING TO HOLD OUT OF SUNSHINE MEETING E. HOLD OUT OF SUNSHINE MEETING IN SHADE’S CONFERENCE ROOM F. RETURN TO DAIS AND RE-OPEN MEETING TO PUBLIC AND ANNOUNCE THAT THE OUT OF SUNSHINE MEETING HAS BEEN TERMINATED. G.
