City of Madeira Beach Agenda BOC Special Meeting Wednesday, March 9, 2022 @ 4:00 PM Commission Chambers The Board of Commissioners of the City of Madeira Beach, Florida will meet in the Patricia Shontz Commission Chambers at City Hall, located at 300 Municipal Drive, Madeira Beach, Florida to discuss the agenda items of City Business listed at the time indicated below. Meetings will be televised on Spectrum Channel 640 and YouTube Streamed on the City's Website. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. PUBLIC COMMENT Public participation is encouraged. If you are addressing the Commission, step to the podium and state your name and address for the record. Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes and do not include any topic that is on the agenda. Public comment on agenda items will be allowed when they come up. 4. ANNOUNCE THAT: a. Upon adjournment of this open meeting the Board of Commissioners shall commence an out of the sunshine meeting on the case of Julie Henning v. City of Madeira Beach and Geico Advantage Insurance Company, Case Number 21-000206-CI, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County. b. It is estimated that the meeting will take approximately one (1) hour; and c. The names of the persons attending the session will be: • Mayor John B.
