MINUTES BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WORKSHOP AGENDA SETTING MEETING FEBRUARY 11, 2020 5:45 p.m. A workshop agenda setting meeting of the C ity o f Madeira Beach Board of Comm issioners was held at 5:45 p.m. on Februa1y 11 , 2020, in the Patricia Shontz Commission Chambers at City Hall, located at 300 Municipal Drive, Madeira Beach, Florida. MEMBERS PRESENT: Maggi Black, Mayor Deby Weinstein, Commissioner District I Nancy Hodges, Vice-Mayor/Commissioner District 2 Doug Andrews, Com missioner District 3 John Douthitt, Commissioner District 4 MEMBERS ABSENT: CITY STAFF PRESENT: Robert Danie ls, C ity Manager Clara VanBlargan, City C lerk Patty Kordis, Deputy C lerk Ralf Brookes, City Attorney 1. Employee involvement in political activities Commi ssioner Andrews said he informed the City Manager some time ago about an employee at the C ity engaging in political activities while at work during the 20 19 Mun icipal Election Campaign period. The City Manager responded that he looked into it and will fo llow up with him . Commissioner Weinstein I. Update on Johns Pass Village Design City Manager Robert Daniels I. Update on the SWFWMD Funding 4. CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTION The City Manager confirmed direction. 5.
