MINUTES BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 3 1, 2020 6:00 P.M. A special meeting of the City of Madeira Beach Board of Commissioners was held 6:00 p.m., on March 3 1, 2020 outside the Patricia Shontz Commission Chambers at City Hall, located at 300 Municipal Dri ve, Madeira Beach, Florida. MEMBERS PRESENT: Maggi Black, Mayor (via telephone) Nancy Hodges, Vice Mayor/Commissioner District 2 Doug Andrews, Commissioner District 3 MEMBERS ABSENT: Deby Weinstein, Commissioner District I John Douthirt, Comm issioner District 4 CITY STAFF PRESENT: Robert Daniels, City Manager Clara YanBlargan, City Clerk Ral f Brookes, City Attorney (via telephone) 1. AWARDING OF THE APPRECIATION PLAQUE BY ROBERT DANIELS, CITY MANAGER A. Maggi Black City Manager Robert Dan iels read the appreciation plaque thanking Maggi 8 lack for her service to the C ity as Mayor from March 2017 to March 2020. If you are addressing the Commission, step to the podium and state your name and address for the record.
