MASTER PLAN PRESENTATION (Kimley-Horn) 4. PUBLIC COMMENT/QUESTION & ANSWER 5. ADJOURNMENT Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with Master Plan display boards set up around the room for public review. Comment cards will be available at each station, and attendees are encouraged to provide feedback. This is the final opportunity for public comment before the draft Master Plan is presented to the Planning Commission and Board of Commissioners. The boards and comment materials will remain available after the meeting. Presentations will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.
