CC-23-137. Legal Counsel to Discuss Settlement Strategy in Pending Oakland County Circuit Court Case No. 22-197465-CZ, Artic Fox, LLC v. City of Madison Heights. Mayor Grafstein asked for a motion to enter into Closed Executive Session at 6:46 p.m. Motion made by Councilor Rohrbach, Seconded by Councilwoman Aaron, to enter into Closed Executive Session to discuss Discuss Settlement Strategy in Pending Oakland County Circuit Court Case No. 22-197465-CZ, Artic Fox, LLC v. City of Madison Heights, which is exempt from disclosure as provided under Section 8 of the Open Meetings Act.
