CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Szymanski at 6:05 p.m. ROLL CALL PRESENT Chair Paige Szymanski Council Representative Quinn Wright Aaron Brown Nickole Fox Alec Yu Also Present, Staff Liaison Heather Hames EXCUSED ABSENT Rebecca Chambliss Syed Murtaza-Rose Jessica Showers Council Representative Alternate Emily Rohrbach Madison Student Delegate Colton Chambliss MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC None. MOTORAMA AND SMOKE 1. Car Show Proposal Motion made by Brown, Seconded by Yu to accept the proposal by Pfaff Designs to partner on planning and organizing the Motorama and Smoke car show and cooking competition in September 2024. All ayes, motion passed unanimously. CAB GRANT 2. CAB Grant 1  Motion made by Yu, Seconded by Brown to apply for a CAD grant for $5,000 for the Motorama and Smoke car show and cooking competition event. All ayes, motion passed unanimously.
