Minutes from March 16, 2023 Motion to approve the minutes of March 16, 2023. Motion made by Bliss, Seconded by Tuller. IT Contractor Service Agreement Motion to recommend City Council approve the service agreement with BPI Technology with an amendment including security and quarterly meetings as discussed.
