Commissioners Present: Brad C., Eric R., Russell S., Carla B., Mayor Conley, Councilman Landrigan, Wayne L., Ben C., Larry J., Carmen V., Maureen B., Craig E., Jim B., Mike K. (Also in attendance: Mark F., Barbara H., Laura C. 2. Approval of NOVEMBER minutes: a. Minutes approved 3. Mayor’s Report : a. Thanks the commission for a fantastic year and looking forward to working with everyone next year. 4. Council Liaison's Report : a. Pedler’s ordinance being revised and having broader review. 5. Treasurer’s Report: a. See Brad’s attached report, made 10,000 this year, most of this due to BHD 2012. Farmer’s Market. First year to make money on May Day. 6. Planning Board Report: No Report 7. Foundation Report: a. Will be discussing what the foundation role is in the future. 8. Committee Reports: a. PIC: i. Craig presented the quote from the electrician for the Alley Way signs. ii. Update on art pole: NO report iii. Historic Downtown Tour: Part of the Copy for the historic tour have been done at Drew University. b. Sign and Façade: i. Craig reported the 27 signs that were done with the committee this year. ii. Craig and wants to talk about if we are sign and façade or sign on façade. We will table this conversation for next month. iii. revisit the Sign and Façade scholarship ie: Dewey’s comics 9. Assistant Borough Administrator’s Report: No report 10. Old Business a. Peddler’s Ordinance: discussed in Council Liaison Report b. Donation to MACA: No Report 11. LMSM Car Magnet: Presentation of new design, Love Madison instead of Love Madison, Shop Madison. Mike Kopas made a motion to purchase 3000 magnets. Maureen seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. 12. New Business 13. Reopen for Nominations: Current Accepted Nominations a. Eric: Chair b. Invitation for discussion from the public: Mark Fabyanski is interested in knowing about what we decided about the lights on Waverly. The current solution is to unplug them. 16.
