Call to Order: Open Public Meeting Statement Roll Call: Approval of Minutes: June 11, 2019 Old Business: • Discussion of 57 Fairview Avenue and Zoning Officer’s denial of design/siting of proposed new dwelling. Applicant will be in attendance. • Request for Reconsideration submitted by Objector Save Madison Theatre, Inc. as to Saxum Real Estate Group’s Application for Demolition and Reconstruction. Executive Session (Closed Session): RESOLUTION 19-02 RESOLUTION TO RECESS INTO CLOSED SESSION WHEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter, 231 P.L. 1975 permits the exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain circumstances; and WHEREAS, the public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently exist. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Historic Preservation Commission of the Borough of Madison, in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey as follows: 1. The public shall be excluded from discussion of and action upon the hereinafter specified subject matter(s).  2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows: Attorney-client privileged communications. 3. It is anticipated at this time that the above-stated subject matter will be made public at the conclusion of each specified subject matter. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 5.
