All of them have not been voted on for this coming year but, have been in the past. This year the Madison Chatham Coalition is doing surveys this year in the high schools. They are asking for monetary help with these surveys. This will allow us to not only have access to the data but have local data when it comes time to reapply for the GCADA 5- year grant. The survey is the community that cares survey, it includes 5 questions that must be on it from the coalition’s standpoint. The rest of the questions from my understanding, are geared toward mental health and wellness. By having access to this data it will allow us to have a closer look at how Madison schools have changed from 2016 to 2018. We will be able to use this data to back up our programming and truly hit the priority areas. Other items that we need to make priorities this year are finding a chair and having a secretary. Please let me know if anyone know of anyone interested in these positions. I have also reached out to Detective Ken Shannon to come and speak with us to give us information about what is happening in Madison.  Overall, as an alliance we had a very successful year. o Pool scholarships o Yoga/mindfulness class o Brown bag event o Sticker shock o Bullying screening o Arrive Alive at Bottle Hill Day o Graduation Gala o Farmer’s markets o Parenting classes I wanted to thank everyone on the alliance and everyone who helped us achieve as much success as we have this year. I look forward to continued growth for MAASA and bringing awareness and prevention to Madison. Some key notes for next year:  Switch to quarterly meetings.  Find a secretary willing to take notes  Increase our Evidence based programming Planning  Find A Chair who is willing to a part of MAASA
