SHADE TREE MANAGEMENT BOARD Borough of Madison Madison, New Jersey 07940 Minutes of January 19, 2012 Reorganization Meeting The Shade Tree Management Board held its reorganization meeting on January 19, 2011 in the second Floor Committee Room of Hartley Dodge Memorial, 50 Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey. Present: Penny Garman, Nancy Bruce, Gene Cracovia, Christine Hammitt, Steve Miller, Vince Licari, Jack Kranefuss and Mike Kopas. Absent: Alan Andreas, David Maines, Paul Allocco and Donald Links. Call to Order Mike Kopas called the reorganization meeting to order at 8:15. The Board recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Mike read the Sunshine Law to comply with the Open Public Meetings Act. The Board voted to approve the following slate of officers for 2012: Chair Mike Kopas Vice-Chair Alan Andreas Treasurer Steve Miller Secretary Christine Hammitt The Board voted to approve the following 2012 regularly scheduled meetings: January 19, 2012 (Reorganization Meeting) February 16, 2012 March 15, 2012 April 19, 2012 May 17, 2012 June 21, 2012 July 19, 2012 August 16, 2012 September 20, 2012 October 18, 2012 November 15, 2012 December 20, 2012 The Board also voted to change the meeting time to 8:00am.
