Mr.Torell returned with the following document as per the Board’s recommendation.
A – 5 Updated survey
Mr. Torrell stated that a two car garage is adequate. The existing garage will be
removed and the driveway will be resurfaced with pavers. A patio will be constructed in
the rear yard out from the doors and pavers will be used for the patio. He stated that
the impervious coverage is over slightly at 2.6%. He also stated that the long driveway
causes the impervious coverage to be high.
The front lawn contains a drywell. Mr. Torell had photos depicting the drywell location.
He will remove some of the existing piping which has no functionality.
There being no further testimony from the applicant, and no public available for
questioning and comments, the Board began their deliberation. The consensus of the
Board was to approve the application as revised. A motion was made by Mr. Cochran
