NOTICE OF ADVANCE REMOVAL AND DEPOSITING OF EARLY VOTING BALLOTS In accordance with the Secretary of State’s Early Voting Regulations 950 CMR 47.12 and under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 54 Section 25b, the City of Malden will be opening and/or depositing early voted ballots in the Herbert L. Jackson Council Chamber, 215 Pleasant St. at the following sessions: ● Friday, November 4th 9:00 AM ● Saturday, November 5th 9:00 AM ● Sunday, November 6th 9:00 AM Or until removal and processing is complete. No results will be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on November 8th.
