MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL, MALDEN NOTICE OF MEETING THERE WILL BE A MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD ON: Wednesday, March 31 at 7 PM. This meeting will be a virtual meeting conducted on Microsoft Teams. The following items are on the agenda for discussion: There will be no items covered during the open portion of the Meeting. The Board will convene for the purpose of seeking to go into Executive session. There will be no open comment session at this meeting. 1. Executive Session: The Board will go into Executive Session with the purpose being to discuss strategy for real property, the discussion of which in an Open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the school’s position.
