MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL, MALDEN NOTICE OF MEETING THERE WILL BE A MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD ON: Monday, June 7, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL, 576 Eastern Avenue, MALDEN, to discuss such business as may come before it. The following items are on the agenda for discussion: 1. Approval of Board meeting minutes from prior meeting 2. Superintendent/School Director Report 15 minutes Supplemental Materials Employee and Parent Student Handbook Annual Report 3. Assistant Superintendent – Lower School Report 5 minutes 4. Assistant Director Report – High School 5 minutes 5. Director of Finance and Operations Report 30 minutes FY22 Budget Renewal of Employees Multiyear agreements if Charter Renewed FY22 Service Contracts Set up Legal and PR Escrow Account $500K 6. Treasurer Report 5 minutes 7. Public Comments 15 minutes 8. Closing Items 9. Executive Session: The Board may need go into Executive Session with the purpose being to discuss strategy for real property, the discussion of which in an Open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the school’s position. The above list of matters to be discussed are those reasonably anticipated by the Board of Trustees to be discussed at the next meeting.
