MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL, MALDEN NOTICE OF MEETING THERE WILL BE A MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD ON: Monday, January 9th, 2023 at 7 PM at 4 Laurel Street., MALDEN, to discuss such business as may come before it. The following items are on the agenda for discussion: 1. Approval of Board meeting minutes from prior meetings 2. Superintendent/School Director Report 10 minutes 2023/2024 School Calendar 3. Assistant Superintendent – Lower School Report 5 minutes 4. Assistant Director Report – High School 5 minutes 5. Assistant Superintendent – Finance & Ops Report 10 minutes Financial and Federal Procurement Policies and Procedures 6. Treasurer Report 5 minutes 7. Other Business 10 minutes 8. Closing Items 10 minutes 9. Open Comment 10. The Board will vote to remove to Executive Session with the purpose being to discuss strategy with respect to existing and potential litigation the discussion or disclosure of which may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position if it occurred in an open meeting. Please note the Board will not reconvene after the Executive Session. The above list of matters to be discussed are those reasonably anticipated by the Board of Trustees to be discussed at the next meeting.
