MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL, MALDEN NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING THERE WILL BE THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD ON: Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL, 729 Salem Street , MALDEN, to discuss such business as may come before it. The following items are on the agenda for discussion: Approval of prior Board meeting minutes 1. Trustees: Appointment of Officers, Nominations and Renewals 2. Other Business Supplemental Materials Parent Student Handbook Employee Guidelines There will be no Public Comment Session at this meeting 3. The Board will go into Executive Session with the purpose being to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, the discussion or disclosure of which in an Open meeting may be detrimental to the school’s negotiating position. Please note the Board will not reconvene after the Executive Session. The above list of matters to be discussed are those reasonably anticipated by the Board of Trustees to be discussed at the next meeting.
