MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL, MALDEN NOTICE OF MEETING THERE WILL BE A MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD ON: September 11, 2023 at 4 Laurel Street, MALDEN, at 7 PM to discuss such business as may come before it. The following items are on the agenda for discussion: 1. Approval of Board meeting minutes from prior meetings 2. Superintendent/School Director Report 10 minutes 3. Assistant Superintendent – Lower School Report 5 minutes 4. Assistant Director Report – High School 5 minutes 5. Assistant Superintendent – Finance & Ops Report 10 minutes MVRCS Proposed amendment to meal charge policy 6. Treasurer Report 5 minutes 7. Other Business 10 minutes 8. Closing Items 10 minutes 9. Open Comment 10. The Board will then vote to remove to Executive Session with the following purposes: a) To discuss potential and immediately threatened litigation the discussion or disclosure of which may have a detrimental effect on the School's bargaining or litigating position if it occurred in an open meeting. b) To discuss a personnel matter involving areas in which discussion in an open session would be detrimental to the School’s ability to attract qualified applicants for the position. Please note the Board will not reconvene after the Executive Session. The above list of matters to be discussed are those reasonably anticipated by the Board of Trustees to be discussed at the next meeting.
