MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL, MALDEN NOTICE OF MEETING THERE WILL BE A MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE MYSTIC VALLEY REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD ON: Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 4 Laurel Street, MALDEN, at 7 PM to discuss such business as may come before it. The following items are on the agenda for discussion: 1. Approval of Board meeting minutes from prior meetings 2. Superintendent/School Director Report 10 minutes a. MVRCS Accountability Plan b. MVRCS Strategic Plan 3. Assistant Superintendent – Lower School Report 5 minutes 4. Assistant Director Report – High School 5 minutes 5. Assistant Superintendent – Finance & Ops Report 5 minutes a. Seek to demolish 28 Lebanon Street (former Citizen Bank Building) 6. Treasurer Report 5 minutes 7. Other Business 10 minutes 8. Closing Items 5 minutes 9. Open Comment 10. The Board will then vote to remove to Executive Session with the following purpose: To discuss the possible purchase of real property, the discussion of which in an Open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the school’s negotiation position. Please note the Board will not reconvene after the Executive Session. The above list of matters to be discussed are those reasonably anticipated by the Board of Trustees to be discussed at the next meeting.
