City of Malden Massachusetts Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Problem Properties Unit will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 10 a.m. in the Mayor’s Conference Room at 215 Pleasant Street. Agenda 1. Review of Minutes from September 8, 2020 meeting; 2. Discussion of ordinance amendments submitted; 3. Discussion of Nuisance Ordinance; 4. Update, review and discuss properties that are currently in litigation with Legal Department to give updates; 5. Update, review and discuss properties that have been reported but not yet in the Legal Department. Inspectional Services, Compliance and Health Department to give updates; 6. Update, review and discuss properties that have been reported since the September meeting and not yet resolved; and, 7. Review and discuss any new business or action items.
