Minutes of November 30, 2023
Meeting called to order at 6:00pm
Committee Members Present: Kashawna Harling, Carey McDonald, Ralph Long, Bwann Gwann
Observers: Karen Colon Hayes, Nicole Paliotti
1. Roll Call of Committee Members: The meeting did not have quorum, therefore meeting
minutes were not voted on for approval.
2. Introduction of DEI Coordinator: Kashawna Harling was introduced as the new DEI
Coordinator.
3. Update on Racial Equity Audit: Nicole Paliotti and HCH member will meet with Kashawna to
set up the date and format for the City Hall Meeting. At the next racial equity meeting, we will
discuss how to advertise the city meeting to the public.
4. New business: We will discuss a timeline and plan of action for the commission for 2024.
Adjournment at 6:45 PM.
