The Committee reviewed a sign application from Boston African Market located at 914 Salem St. Edward Beligr was present from Boston African Market. The motion was made by Nelson Miller, seconded by Ari Taylor. With the following conditions: Sign limitation duration. The sign/banner can only be up for 1 year. A new sign will need to be reapplied for. 4 Yea 0 Nay 2. The Committee reviewed a sign application from Go Chi located at 290 Main St. Ricky Zeng was present from New CC Sign Inc. The motion was made by Ari Taylor, seconded by Debroah Burke 4 Yea 0 Nay 3. The Committee reviewed a sign application from AG Adult Foster Day Care located at 42 Sharon St. Andy Layman was present from Sign Art. The motion was made by Debroah Burke, seconded by Ari Taylor. 4 Yea 0 Nay 4. The Committee reviewed a sign application from Factory Gym located at 481 Eastern Ave. Rafael Dos Santos was present from Factory Gym. The motion was made by Nelson Miller, seconded by Ari Taylor. With the following conditions: A revised submission and pictures of the 2 side windows and new dimensions. 4 Yea 0 Nay 5. The Committee Reviewed a sign application from Destiny Nails located at 443 Charles Street. Mary Duong was present from Art Studio Sign & Neon. The motion to Table was made by Deborah Burke, seconded by Ari Taylor. Conditions are as follows: Signs to be removed or a similar design and size of advertisements made smaller to meet sign ordinance. A new revised plan is to be sent to Nelson Miller for review. 4 Yea 0 Nay 6. The Committee reviewed a sign application from Housing Families located at 919 Eastern Ave. Paul DeSantis from Metro Sign & Awning & Tom Santry from Housing Families was present. A motion was made by Deborah Burke, seconded by Ari Taylor. With conditions of adding a blue borer around the original sign. New pictures to be sent to Nelson Miller for approval and issuance of permit. 4 Yea 0 Nay  7. The Committee reviewed a sign application from Phat Thaiger located at 166 Eastern Ave. Josie Lei was present from AZ Signs.
