CITY OF MANCHESTER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES October 10, 2019 ATTENDANCE Chairman Kent Goddard – Present Member Dan Miller – Present Member Anne Altepeter - Present CITY OFFICIALS COURT REPORTER Joseph E. Bond, City Attorney Lauren Goodman Melanie Rippetoe, Planning and Zoning Director ATTENDEES Greg and Suzanne Smith CALL TO ORDER Chairman Goddard called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and asked Director Rippetoe to call the roll. With only three members present, we do not have a quorum to conduct business. Chairman Goddard continued Case 19-V-012 to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Upon confirmation from Attorney Bond that three members would be sufficient to approve the minutes from the previous meeting, the Board continued. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman Goddard asked the Board if there were any comments or concerns regarding the minutes from September 12, 2019. Member Altepeter suggested the following revisions: With all the questions satisfactorily answered the Board voted on the three variances separately. A motion to approve the minutes from the meeting held on September 12, 2019, as amended, was made by Member Miller and seconded by Member Altepeter. The minutes were approved 3-0.
