MINUTES OF THE WORK SESSION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2024 AT 14317 MANCHESTER ROAD CALL TO ORDER Mayor Mike Clement called the Work Session of the Board of Aldermen Meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL AND STATEMENT OF QUORUM Roll call showed those present were Alderman Streeter, Alderman Dodge, Alderman Ottenad, Alderman Huether, Alderman Toben, Alderman Baumann and Mayor Clement. A quorum was present. CONSIDERATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET Mayor Clement and members of the Board along with City Staff reviewed and discussed the proposed FY2025 budget regarding all departments of City of Manchester. Alderman Toben made a motion to authorize staff to amend Fund 50 – Capital Improvements and Fund 10 – General Fund in the proposed budget to allocate up to $425,020 to be transferred for payment on the City Hall purchase and construction debt service from Fund 10 – General Fund to Fund 20 – Debt Service. The motion was seconded by Alderman Huether and carried unanimously, without objection. Aldermen Ottenad made the motion for the Police department to have a budget increase of $10,000 to add an additional 2 FLOCK cameras. The motion was seconded by Alderman Huether and carried unanimously, without objection. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, Alderman Huether made the motion to adjourn.
