DISCUSS BENEFITS COMPARED TO COST ON THE FOLLOWING DISTRICTS: 1. Street Improvement District #237 (Rock Prairie) Description of Work: This project constructed new asphalt, storm sewer, curb & gutter, and sidewalk on Corvette Street, Corvette Circle, Stonebridge Lane NW, and Blackstone Avenue NW. The new subdivision is north of Old Red Trail and west of 47th Avenue NW. 2. Water & Sewer Improvement District #65 (Monte Dr.) Description of Work: This project replaced cast iron water mains, completed spot repairs and line the aging sanitary sewer, and executed a mill and overlay on the roadway. The general location is north of Division Street, east of Sunset Drive, west of Lewis and Clark Elementary and south of I-94. 3. Street Improvement District #241 (Project 3A)  Agenda Special Assessment Commission] August 4, 2026 Page 2 of 2 Description of Work: This project focused on preventative maintenance and reconstruction work in the northwest part of Mandan near Red Trail Elementary. The scope of the work consists of a fog seal, a chip seal with targeted patching and full depth reconstruction. 4. Street Improvement District #240 (Shores At Lakewood Phase 2 Street Description of Work: The project constructed new asphalt streets, new curb and gutter, lighting improvements and chip seal for the Shores at Lakewood 2nd Addition. The new subdivision is south of Mckenzie Drive and west of 39th Avenue SE. 5. Street Improvement District #33 (Shores At Lakewood Phase 2 Storm Sewer) Description of Work: This project constructed storm sewer for the Shores at Lakewood 2nd Addition. The new subdivision is south of Mckenzie Drive and west of 39th Avenue SE. D. ADJOURN
