At 10:00 AM, Mayor Burton called the meeting to order.
B. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
Councilmember Howorth led the Pledge of Allegiance.

City Clerk Liza Tamura confirmed that the meeting was properly posted.

At 10:01 AM, City Attorney Quinn Barrow read into the record the following Closed

At 10:02 AM, Mayor Burton announced that City Council would recess into Closed
Session in the City Manager's Conference room.

H. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
At 12:02 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session in the City Council
Chambers.
I. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that direction was given to the labor
negotiator but no reportable action was taken.
J. ADJOURNMENT
At 12:03 PM, City Attorney Quinn Barrow recommended adjourning the meeting to
Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the City Manager's Conference room.
Mayor Burton so ordered.
