CALL MEETING TO ORDER At 3:00 PM, Mayor Burton called the meeting to order. B. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG Councilmember Powell led the Pledge of Allegiance. C. ROLL CALL D. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS INTERVIEWS Boards and Commissions Interviews (City Clerk Tamura). 16-0176 CONDUCT INTERVIEWS City Council discussed the details of the Boards and Commissions Interviews. City Clerk Liza Tamura noted the following changes: Theresa Dawson withdrew her application earlier. City Council discussed whether the City Council should change the qualifications for the Cultural Arts Commission to candidates under 18 years old. City Council interviewed candidates in the following order: Sylvia Kohn-Rich Suzanne Karger Fred Manna Mark Lipps At 4:05 PM City Council recessed and reconvened at 4:10 PM with all Councilmembers present, and resumed the following interviews. J.J. Turkmanny, Jr. Sylvia Gayed Leon Prighozin Stephen Salem At 4:55 PM City Council recessed and reconvened at 5:00 PM with all Councilmembers present, and resumed the following interviews. Marc Hustvedt Andrew Lelchuk Randi Elasowich City Council discussed all the nominees. G. ADJOURNMENT At 5:34 PM Mayor D'Errico adjourned the meeting.
